Stowarzyszenia Polish Healthy Life Association is taking part as a partner in the Erasmus+ KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers project "The Pressure to Connect: Tackling Digital Stress and Addiction" (Project No: 2025-3-ES02-KA153-YOU-000369026), coordinated by Asociación Tecnología Ética. Held in Navarra, Spain.

Throughout the mobility, participants engaged in a wide range of interactive workshops designed to provide practical tools for addressing the growing impact of digital stress on young people. Rather than focusing only on theoretical knowledge, the project encouraged participants to create adaptable educational methods that can be implemented in youth centres, schools, community organisations, and future Erasmus+ initiatives.

Working in multicultural teams, youth workers designed activities promoting mindful technology use, critical thinking, emotional wellbeing, and healthy digital habits. Participants also exchanged examples of successful practices from their own organisations, allowing each partner to discover new approaches that can be transferred to local communities.

The collaborative environment encouraged creativity, problem-solving, and peer learning. Through simulations, case studies, group discussions, and practical workshops, participants strengthened their facilitation skills while exploring innovative ways to support young people facing challenges related to excessive technology use and online pressure.

Beyond the educational programme, the project created valuable opportunities for networking and long-term partnership building. By sharing experiences and identifying common priorities, partner organisations laid the foundation for future international cooperation focused on digital education, youth participation, and mental wellbeing.

Through its participation in this Erasmus+ project, Stowarzyszenia Polish Healthy Life Association continues to invest in professional development, international collaboration, and innovative youth work practices. The knowledge, methodologies, and partnerships established in Navarra will contribute to future initiatives promoting healthier digital lifestyles and empowering young people to navigate the online world with confidence and responsibility.
