Stowarzyszenia Polish Healthy Life Association is proud to participate as a partner in the Erasmus+ KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers project "The Pressure to Connect: Tackling Digital Stress and Addiction" (Project No: 2025-3-ES02-KA153-YOU-000369026), coordinated by Asociación Tecnología Ética from Spain.
As digital technologies continue to shape everyday life, young people are increasingly exposed to challenges such as excessive screen time, digital stress, social media pressure, and technology addiction. The project has been designed to strengthen the competences of youth workers by providing innovative non-formal education methods that promote healthy digital habits and improve young people's overall wellbeing.
From the very beginning of the mobility, participants engaged in interactive team-building activities that encouraged communication, trust, and intercultural cooperation. Orientation sessions introduced the project's objectives, programme structure, and local culture, creating a welcoming environment where participants quickly established strong international connections.
Throughout the opening activities, youth workers reflected on their own digital behaviours through practical exercises that distinguished between meaningful online engagement and passive digital consumption. These discussions laid the foundation for deeper learning on digital wellbeing and responsible technology use during the following days of the project.
The programme also included comprehensive sessions introducing the Erasmus+ Programme and the Youthpass certification process. Participants explored how non-formal education contributes to lifelong learning while discovering new opportunities for international cooperation, professional development, and youth participation across Europe.
By joining this international partnership, Stowarzyszenia Polish Healthy Life Association reinforces its commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles, supporting youth workers with innovative educational tools, and encouraging responsible technology use among young people. The project represents another important step toward building more resilient, digitally aware, and socially connected communities across Europe.
