The Erasmus+ KA153 Mobility of Youth Workers project "The Pressure to Connect: Tackling Digital Stress and Addiction" (Project No: 2025-3-ES02-KA153-YOU-000369026) successfully concluded in Navarra, Spain, after an intensive week of international learning, collaboration, and professional development. As a partner organisation, Stowarzyszenia Polish Healthy Life Association proudly contributed to this valuable initiative coordinated by Asociación Tecnología Ética, alongside organisations from Greece, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Spain, Türkiye.

Running from 20 to 27 April 2026, the project addressed one of today's most pressing challenges for young people: the growing impact of digital stress, excessive screen time, and technology addiction. Through a comprehensive programme based on non-formal education, youth workers strengthened their knowledge and practical skills to better support young people in developing healthier and more balanced relationships with digital technologies.

Throughout the mobility, participants explored topics including digital wellbeing, online behaviour, digital citizenship, ethical technology use, media literacy, and the psychological effects of social media. Interactive workshops, simulations, group discussions, case studies, and collaborative exercises enabled participants to exchange professional experiences while creating practical methods that can be implemented in their own organisations.

Beyond the educational programme, the project strengthened intercultural dialogue and reinforced the value of European cooperation. Working in multicultural teams allowed participants to better understand different national perspectives while building long-lasting professional partnerships based on shared values and common objectives.

The experience also inspired participants to develop future initiatives that promote responsible technology use, mental wellbeing, and active youth participation. The educational tools, workshop methodologies, and dissemination materials produced during the project will continue to benefit young people and youth workers long after the mobility has ended.

By participating in this Erasmus+ partnership, Stowarzyszenia Polish Healthy Life Association has further expanded its international network, enhanced its organisational capacity, and reinforced its commitment to supporting young people in navigating the opportunities and challenges of the digital age. The project stands as another successful example of how European cooperation can generate innovative solutions, encourage lifelong learning, and contribute to building healthier, more resilient communities for the future.
