A New Beginning
Founded at the end of 2023, our association has its roots in a passionate volunteer group dedicated to promoting holistic health within the Lublin community. We believe that true wellness encompasses not only physical health but also mental, emotional, and social well-being. This holistic approach is at the heart of everything we do.
Our Activities and Impact
Over the past months, we have been actively engaging with the community through a variety of programs and events. Here’s a glimpse into some of the exciting initiatives we’ve been working on:
Workshops and Seminars: From nutrition and cooking classes to mental health workshops, our educational programs aim to provide practical knowledge and skills that can be easily integrated into daily life.

Community Gardens: We’ve been collaborating with local volunteers to create and maintain community gardens. These green spaces not only provide fresh, organic produce but also offer a place for relaxation, exercise, and social interaction.
Fitness Classes and Outdoor Activities: Regular physical activity is crucial for overall health. Our fitness classes, ranging from yoga to aerobics, and outdoor activities like hiking and cycling are tailored to meet the needs of all age groups and fitness levels.
